Our Policies at Top Aesthetics Laser

Thank you for choosing Top Aesthetics Laser located in Whiteplains, New York, Long Island City, Queens, and Westport, CT. Our mission is to provide all our clients with the concierge experience and highest level of service. All our clients are expected to understanding our policies and financial responsibilities and require that all clients read and sign the Authorization and Consent for Treatment Form, acknowledging full understanding of our policies prior to receiving any aesthetic services.
INITIAL VISIT
If this is your first visit with us, please make sure you have pre-fill all intake forms that was sent to you via SMS message prior to your visit. Please expect that we will send in addition to your intake form a client consent form/s that will be sent via SMS message or e-mail for each of our separate procedures. To avoid wait times,complete all forms and consents prior to coming in.
New clients coming in for a consultation visit (in-person/virtual) will need to pay a deposit of $60 to hold their appointment. This will be credited towards a service or product purchase. In the event there is a late cancellation or no show on your part, the $60 deposit will be non-refundable and non-transferrable to another date. Our practice will have a discretion to either accept or discharge you as a client for non-compliant.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Client is responsible for the payment of their services rendered. Payment is expected prior or at the time of service for all charges toward current visit. We accept cash, Visa, American Express, Discover or Master Card, Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, Cashapp.
Gratuity for spa services is never expected, but always appreciated!

Your review is very important to us! When asked via SMS with a link, please out in your feedback on how we did that day with your service so we can better provide the best possible quality of service in all our clients. We have a reward program for all our patrons and clients that sends a feedback or follow up in any social media platforms. Feel free to inquire about it.
LATE POLICY
We ask that clients please arrive on time so that we may start your service on time. An early arrival would disrupt other clients that are booked prior to you. Please be considerate and come in up to 5 minutes prior to your appointment. A late arrival may reduce your appointment time out of respect to the clients scheduled after you, or we have the discretion to rebook to another date. We will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible based on our schedule. Lateness beyond 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and considered as no show.
CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING POLICY
The most valuable thing that you can give someone is your time, and we fully believe that everyone’s time should be respected. That being said, we ask that you please give us 24 hours notice of a need to cancel or reschedule your appointment (48 hours for groups of two or more), so that we are able to readjust our schedule accordingly.
A failure to do so will result in the following: $20 Rebooking fee; possible loss of the gift voucher.

The Rebooking fee will be needed to activate your account again, as we are using an automated software that will prevent all our staff to make future appointments. This will either be paid via Venmo: @sreynoso2005 or we can send a link via email or text message to pay for the rebooking fee.
CHANGES IN SCHEDULED SERVICE
Sometimes clients ask to change their service after arriving at Top Aesthetics Laser and while most times we are able to accommodate this change, occasionally we are unable to do so given the amount of time scheduled and change in set up (ex: Deciding to get a relaxing facial which lasts an hour vs. a chemical peel which takes 30 minutes). So that we are able to give you the best treatment possible, we ask that you please call 24 hours in advance to discuss any changes to that you would like to make to your scheduled service.
PRODUCT REFUND POLICY
You may return any unopened skin care products within 15 days of purchase for a spa credit towards any treatment or product of equal value. No refunds on skin care products.
GIFT CERTIFICATES AND VOUCHERS
Gift Certificates and online vouchers are available for specific services, packages, or dollar amounts, and are still redeemable if lost, as they are on file. If you are the recipient of a donated gift certificate and do not call to cancel/reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, your spa treatment and gift certificate will be forfeited. No show or late cancellations will result to voucher redemption at no exceptions.
AGE REQUIREMENT AND CHILDREN
Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and must have a parent or guardian give signed consent acknowledging that they understand the treatment and give full consent. And while this is a cozy and relaxing spa studio, we do like to maintain a peaceful atmosphere at Top Aesthetics Laser especially when we have multiple clients visiting with us. It is the adult’s responsibility to monitor the behavior of their child/children and assist us in keeping this a calm environment. We encourage you to be alone without a child during your visit as it is, we must say, your "ME" time.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Certain treatments may not be advisable for all clients, so please be sure to inform us of any medical conditions, pregnancy, or special requests when you book your appointment.

CLIENT INDENTIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
We request that all our clients will give the personal information such as date of birth, emails, address, medical history. This is to verify and make sure that we treat services and products accordingly. We also ask that you provide your date of birth and email addresses, home address so we send over prize winnings, event invitations, birthday gifts, and other promotions that could benefit you as our valuable clients. We may also request for a driver's license of any form of identification to avoid fraudulent activities or identity theft. We have a safe and encrypted system to keep the client confidentiality in all our spa locations.
